As a priority among our employment targets, we are working to increase the number of female employees at all levels operating under GüzelEnerji. We are working towards the implementation of long and short-term internship programs to ensure youth employment in our company.
Our renewable and sustainable energy targets include the installation of electric charging units at 200 fuel stations and solar panels at 80 stations.
In addition, our main targets include transforming the physical conditions of our fuel stations into suitable conditions to obtain LEED Platinum Certificates for the buildings in which they operate, and increasing the number of stations to collect rainwater and use it for green area irrigation and reservoirs.
In addition to our stations, we aim to install a Solar Power Plant (SPP) at our Aliağa Fuel Terminal.
